Laur Skin Solutions™ is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges incurred once the package has exited the distribution Centre. Packages undeliverable by Third Party Partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub located in Trinidad.
Shipping Time
The normal processing time for orders is 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. After your order has been dispatched, delivery time within Trinidad will be done within 24hrs (a specific time of day can't be promised in advance because of delivery volume and/or traffic delays). Once, orders for Tobago are dispatched please allow 3-7 business days to be delivered. All Tobago orders are shipped through a Third Party Courier, and as such, specific dates and times can't be specified in advance. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

Laur Skin Solutions™ ships to both the Trinidad and Tobago islands. All packages are shipped from the distribution branch, located in Trinidad. At this time all Trinidad and Tobago orders are shipped via In-House or Third Party Couriers.
