CAN I USE MAKEUP WHILE USING FACE PRODUCTS?

Yes. Makeup around the eyes is no problem. The goal is to get to the point of not having to coverup with foundation and concealer. If possible, limit foundation and concealer during blending and skin correction phase or if you are experiencing heavy peeling.

WHY SHOULD I LIMIT FOUNDATION AND CONCEALER during peeling phase?

Some of our key ingredients cause peeling to the skin (based on formulation strength) to get rid of damaged, rough, unhealthy skin. When the skin is going through this repair process applying foundation, concealer and heavy makeup can irritate skin and cause side effects.

WHAT IS BEST PRACTICE IF I MUST WEAR FOUNDATION AND CONCEALER WHILE USING LAUR SKIN SOLUTIONS™ FACE PRODUCTS?

We recommend to stay away from makeup that contains botanicals, acids or other ingredients that can cause irritation of the skin. Use clean makeup and non-comedogenic products.

CAN I GO INTO THE SUN WITH LAUR SKIN SOLUTIONS™ PRODUCTS?

Please be advised as with any skin brightener wearing sun protective clothing and sunscreen when outdoors is IMPERATIVE in achieving and maintain skin health. Direct sun exposure is not recommended.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

The products at this time are formulated specifically for oily to normal skin types. However, because of the abundant nourishing and hydrating properties as well as, the products functions all skin types can use our products.

CAN I USE PRODUCTS ON MY SENSITIVE SKIN?

Because everyone’s skin sensitivity is different we always recommend doing a patch test first. However, based on our 8-week trial persons with varying levels of eczema and skin sensitivity used products without irritation while 1 reviewer expressed sensitivity.

what if I'm in the sun daily?

If you are using products to treat hyperpigmentation being in the sun would be counter productive as it will just continue to damage your skin.

Wear sunscreen daily, wear sun protective clothing e.g. hand gloves, hats, masks,ect.), limit direct sun where possible.
